VPS and iptables / iptables: No chain/target/match by that name

looks like you have problems getting your firewall running smooth under your VPS.
the solution is easy.
take your favorite editor (vi, nano, ...) and open the file "/etc/sysconfig/iptables-config".
one of the first setting should be "IPTABLES_MODULES". i bet in your case it is a very short line.
try to change it into this...

IPTABLES_MODULES="ipt_REJECT ipt_tos ipt_TOS ipt_LOG ip_conntrack ipt_limit ipt_multiport iptable_filter iptable_mangle ipt_TCPMSS ipt_tcpmss ipt_ttl ipt_length ipt_state iptable_nat ip_nat_ftp"


...or whichever modules you need... that\'s all
